When does the registration for 2025 end?
Registration for the Singapore International Triathlon ends on the 11th of April 2025, 11.39pm SGT
No changes will be allowed once registration has closed.
I am unable to make it for the race. Can I request for a refund?
Registrations are final and non-refundable.
However we do understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen – do write in to us at enquiry@trifactor.asia for us to explore potential alternatives.
Can I transfer my race slot to another person?
Yes, you may choose to do a direct transfer to another participant or allow. All requests are subject to a S$15 processing fee. Do write in to us at enquiry@trifactor.asia for us to assist.
All requests are to be made before registration closes on 11th April 2025.
Can I request to upgrade or downgrade my race category?
Yes you can. Do note that you will need to top-up the difference for upgrade requests. We are unable to refund the difference for downgrade requests. All requests are subject to a S$15 processing fee. Do write in to us at enquiry@trifactor.asia for us to assist.
All category requests are to be made before 11th April 2025.
Can I rent a bike for the event?
Yes you can.
You may add on your Bike rental during registration.
Event Day Bike Rental (27th April 2025 | 0600-1300h)

Option 1 : Mountain Bike w/ Helmet @$45
Option 2 : Road Bike w/ Helmet @$65

* Pre-Book your Rental Bike via the add on tickets in the registration form.
What kind of Bike can I use?
Athletes can use the following bikes: TT Bike, Road Bike with/without Aero Bars, Mountain Bikes with handle bars 70cm or shorter, Hybrid Bike, Foldable Bikes, kids bikes with 2 working brakes.

Bikes not allowed: Fixie Bikes with single brakes, Fat Wheel Bikes, Tricycle Bikes (3 wheels) and kids push bikes.
Is this race Draft Legal?
No, please note that this is a non-drafting race. Participants during the bike leg must keep a safe distance of 7m from the rear wheel of the participants in front and 2m to the side of a participant.
