For all newcomers to triathlon, a swim trial is required to ensure that you are swim safe and swim ready.

Open Water Swim Clinic
Looking to gain experience and build confidence in Open Water Swimming? This Swim Clinic by The Swimming Room teaches you vital skills such as sighting and navigation in the water while picking up other essential safety skills!
Please note that all who are new to Open Water Swimming must also register for the OWS Trial which will be conducted after the Clinic.

Open Water Swim Trials
All First-time Open Water Swimmers must take this Swim Trial to ensure that you are competent and safe during the swim leg of the race.
Anyone that does not take part or fails the swim trial will not be allowed to participate in the event.
Participants will be swimming between 60 - 70% of their expected distance within a time period.
